Relationships

Whether you are young or older relationships seem to always work the same. In the beginning it is wonderful and happy but for some reason it has to change. I guess if we were that happy all the time we would never get any work done because we would only want to be together. My belief is that no one is perfect. You just have to find the spouse/partner that has faults that you can deal with. And they have to be able to deal with yours. Men and women are so different I think the key is compromise. I know this is an overused phrase these days but you really have to pick your battles. When men are nagged constantly they shut down and quit listening to anything you say. Since women are emotional and men are more practical it is not easy to live together in harmony. Just bouncing ideas off of other people going through the same issues helps me so I hope you join and maybe you will get some clues or tips that will make your life easier. It is worth a try!
